Facebook Invoicing in Stampli

All invoices will be processed and serviced through Stampli. Please reach out to Kyle Smith or someone from Accounting if you have trouble accessing.

  1. Open Stampli to see all invoices needing to be processed

  2. Click on an invoice to start processing

3. Once you open the invoice, you will clarify and confirm that the information on the invoice matches what has been pulled into Stampli.

4. Make sure Department is: Project Revenue: Project Revenue

5. Under Items, click: Add/Remove line items

6. Under Project, search for the client job or use the Netsuite Job numbers here: NetSuite Jobs 10.10.2022.xlsx. You will also need to select the invoice to be billable.

 

Click Save.

 

7. If the invoice covers both owned social and paid social charges, you will add a new line and input the next job.

8. For example, this invoice would have two lines for spend - one for their expansion budget (FVTE) and their normal job (FVT).

Note:

  • If you don’t know what client the invoice is for, you can search in Business Manager by the Account ID/Group # provided on the invoice.
