Local Listings Management (LLM) Decommission Checklist

Linkmedia 360 Clients / Go Forward Clients:

If possible, CS team should understand who it gets transferred to, get an email address, and phone. Or have new owner reach out to our team.

  1. Remove Google My Business listing from your dashboard - This makes it unverified and the next person can pick it up (LLM team)

    1. If contact is given, transfer the listing instead.

  2. Cancel/Deactivate Moz Local listing (LLM team)

  3. Remove Bing Places listing from your dashboard - This makes it unverified and the next person can pick it up.

  4. Remove Facebook location page from our account/dashboard (confirm with social)

  5. Yext - Notify Dex to remove the listing ASAP (LLM team)

  6. Apple Maps- If account, remove it from your dashboard (iPad only). If not, do nothing. (LLM team)

  7. Yelp-If there is a paid account, reach out to Yelp contact. If not paid but verified, select dropdown to release location. (LLM team)

  8. Remove Location from GatherUp (LLM / reputation team)

  9. Update billing for any relevant fees (CS)

 

GlynnDevins Legacy Clients:

  • Confirm with CS the email address to transfer any GMB listings to (SEO)

  • Remove gdlocallistings@gmail.com from GMB listings (SEO)

  • Confirm with CS if we are cancelling Yext or transferring ownership (SEO)

    • If cancelling, login to Yext and cancel listings and provide final bill date to CS in Wrike project (SEO)

    • If transferring, confirm email address with CS and transfer listing in Yext (SEO)
