Your website’s blog entries are referred to as Posts. Learn about creating and editing your blog posts here

Create a New Post

  1. To get to your posts, click on Posts on the left side of the screen.

  2. Click Add New from either the top bar or from the options in the left navigation bar.


Editing a Post

  1. Click on Posts on the left side of the screen.

  2. Click on the post title or hover and click “Edit” to edit.

Using the Content Editor

  1. Edit content as you do in a Word document.

  2. The toolbar at the top contains basic styling options

  3. Click the button at the far right to expand the toolbar

Please don’t copy and paste from Word/Excel/Outlook, because it will copy the formatting from those programs. Instead, retype or copy your content to a text editor [such as Notepad] and convert to plain text.

Previewing Changes

  1. Click Preview Changes to view changes before publishing. These changes won’t be reflected on the live site yet; it provides a quick preview before you update or publish the post.

  2. If the post is in Draft Mode, click Publish to make the post live. (If you’ve just made modifications and the post is already published, click Update to publish changes.)
