LINKEDIN:

If client does not already have access to their LinkedIn page, provide administrative access.

Note: once administrative access has been revoked, access to the page and administrative settings is unavailable. 

  1. Remove yourself as admin:

    1. Access your Page Super Admin View

    2. Click the Admin tools dropdown at the top of the page and select Manage Admins.

    3. Click the Delete icon to the right of the Admin’s name.

    4. Click the Remove button.

  2. Remove LinkedIn Page from Sprout Social

    1. Account & Settings > Settings > Users and Social Profiles 

    2. Type the name of community into search bar

    1. Use the ellipsis to select the community you wish to remove. 

    2. Remove profile from GlynnDevins 

    3. Save changes

FACEBOOK:

Pages can only be accessed through a personal account that belongs to someone with permissions to the Page. If client does not already have access to their Facebook page, provide administrative access

Note: Once GlynnDevins administrative access has been revoked, access to the page and administrative settings is unavailable. 

  1. Remove yourself as admin:

    1. Page Settings > Page Roles 

    2. Select the user you wish to remove > Edit > Remove

  2. Remove Business from Business Manager:

    1. Business Settings > Accounts > Pages 

    2. Select the page you wish to remove and select remove.
