Select System Users
Select “Alight Analytics – ChannelMix”
Search to confirm the client has not been added, yet
Click Add Assets
In the popup:
Select Asset Type: Pages or Ad AccountsStandard Access: Toggle on the “View Page performance” or “View performance” setting
Page permissions:
Need Partial Access set with “Community Activity” and “Send Messages” toggled to the on position.
If you are adding multiple accounts making this your second step will set the access for all assets you add
Ads settings can remain as stated, “Partial Access” with “View Performance.”
Select Assets
Search by name or account number
Select the radio button to add
you may add multiple accounts at a time, saving your changes when you are ready
Click Save Changes to add the asset to the token
Please notify and tag the assigned DSD in the Wrike project comments, the DSD will make the CMX connection as part of the workflow
Continue to use PMDA Trello when you have unexpected changes to an account, please include the Wrike link
If you need to check, change or remove token access, search for the Page or Ad Account then select the desired action to the right.

*** Please do NOT generate a new token or revoke tokens. When you add or remove an assigned asset, the access is automatically updated for the existing token connected to ChannelMix. If you generate or revoke a token, please contact a DSD team member as soon as possible as this will have an immediate effect on all ChannelMix client connections to Facebook.
