Digital Media Bundle budgets will be determined by the Paid Media Lead and Social Media Lead.
Unless otherwise noted or communicated in Wrike at the project level of the job, the social media team will assume $1,500/month in hard cost.

[OPTIONAL] Request the development of Brand Kit in Canva
If client does not currently have templates and a Brand Kit created in Canva, you can request Ben Cottrell to create via ad hoc form. 1 hour should be sufficient.
To submit ad hoc within Wrike: Green plus icon at the top right hand of screen > Request > ad hoc form.
Update approved campaign information in the shared XPO Onboarding form
Add the advertiser's details on "2022 Paid Social Accounts" tab/ sheet including website URL, FB Page URL, Ad Account name and ID, copy doc spreadsheet, approved budget and campaign flight dates. Job details can be found in our client overview document.
Request administrative to the Facebook page access via Business Manager.
Once granted, provide admin access to GeeDee, XPOAdmin, XPOUser, and yourself.
Request reporting access to the Google Analytics account associated with the client
You will send an email to datarequests@attaneresults.com with the community name, CDP code, the platform needed, level of access needed, and the email needing access: (socialmediateam@attaneresults.com).
You will also need to request "Read & Analyze" access to: knorexxpoga@gmail.com
Ad account set up
Ensure payment method is set to monthly invoicing.
When naming your ad account: Include and maintain the name of the community, the Paid job#, and the Owned job# (when applicable) in the Facebook Ad account name
Example: HPEAK_Cypress Village_Paid: 12345 Owned: 67899
Grant admin access to "abhishek@knorex.com”
After admin is granted and ad account has been created, within Knorex XPO, accept page terms:
Utility> Manage Facebook> Find the Ad Account > Actions> Manage Pages> Search the page> Accept

Comment in Wrike card for set up:
@Data Strategy the Facebook page and ad account have been added to the system user in Business Manager. Here is the [Account Account ID: and Page ID:] Please confirm set up on your end! Thanks!
Facebook Pixel Process for Client Websites and/ or Landing Pages (specific to campaigns running with Knorex)
Request pixels from Knorex using the Enrollment ticket category email address (attane.enrollment@knorex.com).
Subject line needs to be formatted: Enrollment: <Account Name>
Knorex will provide social team with .zip file of two Excel spreadsheets containing a remarketing and a conversion pixel code.
Place full pixel code (base code + Pixel ID) into the Social Media Repository
Go to the Wrike alert for the social media management job and comment:
Hi, @Social Media COE. Can I request @Data Strategy be scheduled to place the Facebook Pixels? Pixel details are located in the Social Media Repository. Please place both pixels on the client website [CLIENT WEBSITE URL] and place the remarketing pixel on the landing page [LANDING PAGE URL]. Thanks!
DSD to place pixels, update repository and comment in Wrike once complete
Social lead to update Knorex once placed to confirm its firing
After campaign launch:
Confirm campaign launch via Wrike alert.
Request PMO schedule a member from the DSD team to verify campaign tracking 10 days after campaign launch for 0.5hr
