Adding Media to Post Content

  1. Place the cursor in front of the content where you’d like the image to show up. Click Add Media button to add images/media. These are typically JPEGs used within the content.

Please don’t copy and paste from Word/Excel/Outlook, because it will copy the formatting from those programs. Instead, retype or copy your content to a text editor [such as Notepad] and convert to plain text.

Inserting a Photo

  1. Once inside the Media Library, choose the image you’d like to place within the post. In the right column (Attachment Details), scroll down to Display Settings. You can see information about the image you’ve selected. You can edit the alignment, title and alt text.

  2. Confirm that the Link To URL is set to None.

  3. Then, click the Insert into post button.

  4. Once the image has been inserted into the post, if you’d like to change the width and height of the image, you can do so by clicking on the inserted image and then clicking Edit. The icon looks like a pencil.
