Digital Media Bundle

  1. Work with the Paid Media lead to start a budget breakout tab for client in the shared budget tracking document.

Paid Social - Standalone

  1. Update approved campaign information in the shared XPO Onboarding form

    1. Add the advertiser's details on "Revised Advertiser Accounts" sheet including website URL, FB Page URL, Ad Account name and ID, copy doc spreadsheet, approved budget and campaign flight dates

  2. Request administrative to the Facebook page access via Business Manager.

    1. Once granted, provide admin access to GeeDee, XPOAdmin, XPOUser, and yourself.

  3. Request reporting access to the Google Analytics account associated with the client

    1. You will also need to request "Read & Analyze" access to: knorexxpoga@gmail.com

  4. Ad account set up

    1. When naming your ad account: Include and maintain the name of the community, the Paid job#, and the Owned job# (when applicable) in the Facebook Ad account name

      • Example: HPEAK_Cypress Village_Paid: 12345 Owned: 67899

    2. Grant admin access to "abhishek@knorex.com

  5. After admin is granted and ad account has been created, within Knorex XPO, accept page terms:

    1. Utility> Manage Facebook> Find the Ad Account > Actions> Manage Pages> Search the page> Accept

  6. Facebook domain verification

  7. Ensure Alight ChannelMix setup with New Facebook System User process

  1. Confirm campaign launch via Wrike alert.

  2. Request PMO schedule a member from the DSD team to verify campaign tracking 10 days after campaign launch for 0.5hr
